SHIPPING

All Yataghan Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This might take up to 2 to 4 weeks.

The jewellery will be shipped from KSA to your country by expert courier. The shipment is insured and free of charge. Custom taxes and duties might apply, depending on your delivery address.

Please contact the authorities in your country if you are unsure about the customs taxes and duty regulations.

Our courier cannot deliver to “Post Office” (PO), “Army Post Office” (APO), or “Fleet Post Office” (FPO) box addresses. The recipient may request for the shipment to be held for pick up from the nearest local courier station.

Note: The receiver address is still required for customs on international shipments. We are also not responsible for courier shipping delays.

DELIVERY

All Yataghan Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans.

If the item/s is available, the estimated delivery time locally (In KSA) is 24-72 hours and 3 to 8 days to international deliveries. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This might take up to 3 to 4 weeks. Kindly contact our team to confirm item availability and they will gladly assist you within 24 hours.

Please note that delivery times may vary, depending on the availability of the purchased item/s. You will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order. If you have a special occasion and would like to know the estimated delivery time BEFORE you finalise your purchase, please contact our sales team.

Yataghan Jewellery pieces will be delivered fully insured by our expert couriers and will arrive in a branded packaging.

Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, and a photographic ID may be required. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a note and you will be able to reschedule your delivery at a more convenient time.

Our aim is to always be as helpful as possible, so please do inform us of any preferred delivery times or special requests to insure a smooth delivery process.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. All such charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Note: Yataghan will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any “Office of Foreign Assets Control” (OFAC) sanctions countries in accordance with the “KSA Law”.
