Where is the gold and gems sourced from?
The gold and gems traded by YATAGHAN have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.
YATAGHAN hereby guarantees that all the gems and gold are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and /or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.
What type of customised designs do you offer?
At YATAGHAN we customise any original design, that is not a replica or imitation of other brands and as long it is in compliance with our TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
Note: Orders for personalised items are not cancellable and items that have been personalised cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Yes. We currently ship to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Oman, and Qatar. To enquire about any other country please contact us:

Does shipping cost cover custom duties?
Customs Duties and Taxes are the client’s responsibility. As we are unable to advise the exact amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office or tax authority before placing an order.
Is YATAGHAN jewellery gold plated? And do the pieces include Cubic Zirconia?
All YATAGHAN jewellery is made from 18k solid gold, encrusted only with natural white, black, or fancy coloured diamonds. Some pieces contain precious stones including, but are not limited to (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Topaz, Aquamarine, freshwater pearl, Amethyst, and Citrine.)
Can I return my product after I have purchased it?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to offer you an opportunity to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.
To return your order, you must do so within 3 days of receiving your order. Please note, you will need to use the same courier that delivered your items. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit.
Your item must be returned immediately after receiving the return labels and dispatch information. (Please note you must print your labels)

Do you offer a certificate of authenticity with each of your jewellery pieces/products?
With selected solitaire diamonds we offer GIA certification and in some cases IGI or HRD, otherwise, certificates issued by the brand are available upon request.
How will my piece or gift be packaged?
All YATAGHAN jewellery is presented in its case with an outer box wrapped in a YATAGHAN ribbon. When you make your purchase, you have the option of including a personalised message on a gift card for every piece of jewellery you purchase.
If you do not wish to write a personalised message when you finalize your order, a blank YATAGHAN gift card and envelope will be included in the package.
