Creating an account

At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, we will automatically save your delivery and payment details, so that you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to directly log in to your account.


We accept:

CREDIT CARD – Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, and American Express.


BANK TRANSFER – (order will be accepted and processed upon bank confirmation only and funds are credited to our account.


COD (Cash on Delivery)– within UAE only, excluding customised orders that must be paid in advance.


Payment security

All transactions on our website are processed using Network International, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, card providers may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection or may have to contact you directly to confirm the purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be a fraudulent or attempted fraud.




We show prices in different currencies, US dollar, Pound Sterling, Euro, Saudi Riyal, Kuwaiti Dinar, Omani Rial, and Qatari Riyal, however, we accept the payments in UAE Dirham upon checkout.

All Yataghan Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This might take up to 3 to 4 weeks.

The jewellery will be shipped from Dubai, UAE to your country by expert courier. The shipment is insured and free of charge for orders above 15.000AED, however custom taxes and duties might apply, depending on your delivery address.


Shipping fees could be waived if and when a special promotion is run offering free delivery, by which special terms and conditions including custom taxes and duties may apply.


Please contact the authorities in your country if you are unsure about the customs taxes and duty regulations.


Upon confirmation of payment, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours. Our courier cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box addresses. The recipient may request for the shipment to be held for pick up from the nearest local courier station.


Note: The receiver address is still required for customs on international shipments.
