RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to offer you an opportunity to exchange for another item of equal or higher value. To return your order, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note, you will need to use the same courier that delivered your items, and settle the full amount of return shipping cost.
Note that you will be refunded for the returned products only, the initial order shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are not able to accept returns or exchanges of pierced earrings due to hygienic reasons. This applies even in cases where the earrings have never been worn. Pierced earrings sales is final.
Your online purchases of Yataghan Jewellery will be eligible for an exchange on Yataghan.com for another item of equal or higher value as long as the exchange is within 7 days of receiving the item whether purchase online or store. (Terms and Conditions Apply)
Visit yataghan website or access your Order History page by logging into your Account to see if your piece is eligible for exchange.
Once you have submitted your exchange request, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the regular return process outlined

All items must not have been worn and in their original condition and packaging.
We reserve the right to:
– Refuse to accept an item that has been obviously worn, scratch or damaged by the customer. All items to be returned must not have been worn and in the original condition and packaging.
– When returning or exchanging your piece.
Pieces with any signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration (engraved, embossed, resized…) cannot be returned or exchanged.
You may return any online purchase without customised engraving or embossing for exchange by clearly informing us of your intention to do so within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt: (Terms and Conditions Apply)
A. By contacting our Customer Service via email or WhatsApp.
You may also directly visit our stores in Jeddah and UAE.
B. All returns must include the original sales receipt and be returned in its original packaging. Please note that all returns are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted. Any product with signs of damage or alteration (including but not limited to resizing) cannot be accepted.
C. You may be held liable in case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics and, where applicable, the correct operation of the product.
Complete the online return form on yataghan.com or access your Order History page by logging into your Account to submit your exchange request.
Once your exchange request has been submitted, you will need to return the piece you would like to exchange following the instructions above detailed in paragraph A, B, or C.
Once the piece arrives at our branch and is approved by the quality assurance inspection, you will receive an email that you have been credited the amount for the item in your account. This amount is valid for 6 months and you may place your exchange order any time during that period.
Please note that the quality assurance approval process may take 7 to 14 working days from the day we receive your item/s.
The e-Credit note can only be redeemed on the Yataghan website and in full. If the amount of your purchase using said e-Credit note is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
For orders with a value under $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please review the following steps:
1. Visit your account or access your Order History page by logging into your MyAccount to register your return, and print your return shipping label.
2. Place the Yataghan piece you wish to return with the completed return form and receipt in the original packaging with all accessories, warranty /authenticity card and any free items sent as part of the order.
3. Place everything in a shipping box and ensure the box is securely closed prior to attaching the shipping label.
4. Deliver the package to your nearest UPS location.
For orders with a value equal or greater than $5,000 (including shipping and taxes), please contact our Customer Service team to initiate your return process and set up a pick-up date for your return package with our logistic partner.
